USA SHIPPING

A flat rate shipping charge of $8.00-40.00 will be applied to each order based on weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please inquire at perceptiahome@gmail.com for all international shipping rates.  They are calculated by weight and we are happy to get you a quote for a shipment with tracking.  NOTE: Any and all customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship via ground USPS, FED EX and or UPS.  Orders placed will be processed within 2-4 business days.  

PERCEPTIA HOME is not responsible for delayed orders once they have shipped.

Please note that due to Covid 19, some carriers are experiencing higher than normal shipping delays.

SALES TAX

If you reside in California, you will be charged sales tax.

EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE. Because of the nature of these vintage & antique items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns. In the case you receive an item damaged or not in the condition as shown in the photos, please email us with photos at hello@perceptiahome.com within 48 hours of delivery.

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. Vintage and Antique goods are excluded and are sold AS IS, as they are all one of a kind. You will notice , unique markings and small imperfections, including but not limited to: variations, scratches, markings, cracks, etc. These attributes accentuate the product's notable beauty and character. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your items are lost by the carrier or stolen upon delivery, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
